We offer shipping services across Lebanon. Within Beirut district, our dedicated delivery drivers will handle your order, while for orders outside Beirut district, we rely on Libanpost for shipping.

Refund Policy:

We have a 3-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its unsealed original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Exchanges:

To expedite receiving the item you desire, you can return the original item once it is accepted for return. Afterward, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
