The Sage Smart Oven Pizzaiolo is a countertop pizza oven designed for wood-fired-style pizza at home. It reaches 400°C in 2 minutes, while the Element iQ system combines conductive, radiant and convective heat. Its dynamic deck heats the cordierite stone to char the pizza base.
Patent-pending elements and reflectors deliver radiant heat for an even, leopard-spotted crust without rotating the pizza. An optimised deflector shield and dynamic switching of the inner element help brown toppings, cheese and dough evenly. Choose from Wood Fired, New York, Pan, Thin & Crispy and Frozen presets, or use Manual Mode to adjust the temperature and heating elements.
