One-Touch SCA Golden Cup Brewing
Craft coffee can be prepared at the touch of a button. A cup or full carafe can be brewed according to SCA Golden Cup standards, with precision being delivered without complicated manual adjustments.

Simplified Cold Brew
A dedicated Cold Brew preset is provided to brew coffee at a higher concentration, creating a balanced base that can be served over ice or used in coffee-based drinks and cocktails. Cold brew can be prepared in up to 30 minutes, depending on the volume of water being used.

Custom Brew Settings
Greater control over the brewing process is provided through Custom Brew. Bloom volume, bloom time, brew temperature and flow rate can all be fine-tuned according to coffee type and personal preference. A personalised one-touch brew profile is automatically remembered for the next brewing session.

Keeps Coffee Hot for Up to 4 Hours
The dual-wall thermal carafe is designed to retain heat without requiring a warming plate. Brewed coffee can be kept above 65°C for up to 4 hours.

Delayed Auto Start
A programmable timer is included, allowing the brewing process to be scheduled automatically up to 24 hours in advance. Fresh coffee can therefore be prepared at a preferred time without requiring the machine to be started manually.

Large Removable Water Tank
A fully removable 60 fl oz / 12-cup water tank is provided for easier filling and cleaning. An integrated Claro Swiss water filter and measuring lines are included, while the wide opening allows water to be poured with reduced splash-back.

Cone and Flat-Bottom Filter Options
Different filter shapes can be used to influence the flavour profile of brewed coffee. Research conducted by UC Davis, the Specialty Coffee Association and the Coffee Science Foundation has shown that different filter shapes can highlight different flavour characteristics. Fruity flavour notes can be brought forward with cone filters, while floral, nutty and chocolate notes can be highlighted with flat-bottom filters. Both options are included with the Luxe Brewer.
