The WiFi Wall Plug is also compatible with Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant, so you can easily control the device by simply using your voice.
You can set timers, schedules and use all the integrated smart functions because the plug is fully customizable using only your smartphone.
Offering a max load of 16A-3000W, the WiFi Wall Plug is powerful and, thanks to its integrated overload protection function, it also keeps your devices safe by switching off the power supply when a connected electrical device is overloaded in order to protect it.
An automation scenario enables your WiFi Wall Plug to function based on specific conditions. For example, you can set the plug to automatically turn on your dehumidifier when the app detects a humidity increase.
A smart scenario will trigger multiple smart products and tell them how to behave with just one command. A “Good Morning” scenario can: Turn on coffee plug, Turn on kitchen lamp plug, Turn on radio plug, Turn on aroma diffuser.
We can ship to all over Lebanon, Through our delivery drivers for Beirut district, and by Libanpost for outside Beirut district orders.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the product options you chose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date would be provided when contacting us through our phone numbers provided in the Contact us section.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are location based.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging unsealed You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as headest ,earphone,network card wifi routers ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and pre ordered goods ). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
