MagSafe Knowledges & Principles: The case adds MagSafe capability to your S24 Ultra to make your life freer, easier, and smarter. Like all MagSafe cases for iPhone, you can easily play around with MagSafe accessories such as a car mount, wallet, charger, etc, INSTEAD OF metal surfaces. But many Android users wrongly stick it to metal surfaces to test its magnetic strengths. We understand the challenges of introducing MagSafe for Android users, but hopefully, it will get better and more familiar.
Explanation about Misunderstandings: Like all MagSafe cases for iPhones, to ensure that it won't interfere with the wireless charging coil embedded in S24 Ultra and keep a pleasant touching experience, the magnets are embedded in the inner side of the case. Thus, there is a PC back between magnets and metal surfaces, which weakens connection powers. So it can't stick to metal surfaces like fridges, steel, etc. While it can strongly and safely stick to MagSafe accessories with strong magnets.
2024 Upgraded Protection Ability Certified: The case is ROHS certified military-grade drop protection. Exclusively on the market, on the inside of surrounding edges, it has upgraded Shock 360° airbags, to leave extra room between the phone and case to absorb shock if dropped on a hard surface. Besides, it has strong rubber edges, a 1.5mm raised on the top and bottom of the phone, and a 1.1mm raised bezel around the camera, which offers enough protection against collisions from all corners.
Slim, Velvety Grip, Exclusive DIY buttons: When holding the slim and lightweight case, it feels sturdy but not at all bulky when easily carrying the phone in the front pocket of jeans. The frosted clear back is easy to keep clean and residue wipes off. The strong rubber edges have a pleasing dimpled grip texture to keep it easy to hold.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging unsealed You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as headest ,earphone,network card wifi routers ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and pre ordered goods ). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
