The Beper P101BBQ001 is a 2000W electric barbecue designed for fast, even cooking with reduced smoke. Its metal bowl uses a water-tray system: adding water helps reduce smoke during cooking and helps food remain juicier. The black electric grill measures 35D x 50W x 8H centimetres.

An XXL steel grill provides a 41.5 x 24 cm cooking surface for meat, fish, vegetables, and family barbecues. The grill can be set in two positions, either closer to the heating element for quicker grilling or farther away for more delicate cooking. An adjustable thermostat lets you set the temperature to suit the recipe.

For maintenance, the grease-collecting tray, heating elements, and grill are removable. The barbecue is suitable for grilling at home, on a balcony, or in a garden.
