The smart multi-scene perception system which consists of the IMU* sensor and microphones system, completes 100 times scene detection per second**. Thus, it automatically adjusts the cancellation mode in different environments for a more suitable and comfortable active noise cancellation effect. Ultra Mode Take flights or train rides without any loud noise and lose yourself in the music. General Mode Stay in a cafe or restaurant without interruption in a suitable ANC level. Cozy Mode Stay in your workplace, library or other quiet indoor spaces and avoid the noise of air conditioning and computers.
Keep Ears Open and Talk Freely Awareness Mode Press the ANC button on the left earpad to let the ambient sound in. Keep your ears open even when you are listening to the music. Voice Mode Setting up this mode in the AI Life App, human voices will be enhanced while the environmental noise is reduced. So you can have a quick talk and be aware of the broadcasting while you are at the airport.
*Download AI Life App, and you can enable Voice Mode within Awareness Mode. HUAWEI smartphone users can search for and download the AI Life app in the HUAWEI AppGallery. Other Android users can scan the QR code to download the app by referring to the User Manual in the package or download from Google Play Store. We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging unsealed You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
